The need for highly reliable and precise products has forced industries to study potential uncertainties during designing needed parts. reliability acceptance of the product rely on several factors tolerancing activity plays an important role assure that manufactured meets requirements. importance can be noticed once designers prefer tight tolerances ensure performance in contrast manufacturers want loose reduce manufacturing assembly complexity then cost, decrease non-conformance rate. Therefore, tolerance allocation inspection-planning design formalized as optimization problem which objective function represents cost impacted by aspects quality management: failure, inspection. This paper details a modular model includes four components: inspection scrap (internal failure), external failure. Moreover, improve efficiency model, it integrates such frequencies monitoring activities, probability conformed product, non-detection non-conformity, confirmed. applications this are illustrated demonstrated through industrial case study.
